Who we are

What we collect

We collect information you choose to send through our website:

• Contact form (contact.html): name, email, optional phone, and message.
• Website intake (get-started.html): contact and business details, goals, page needs, brand notes, optional files (logo, photos, PDFs), and related fields you fill in.
• Email or phone if you reach us at info@thingletai.com or (760) 285-3188.

We do not require an account to browse the site. We do not sell your personal information.

How forms are processed (Formspree)

Contact and intake forms POST to Formspree (formspree.io) so the Thinglet team can receive submissions. File uploads on the intake form are sent as multipart data through that same Formspree endpoint. Formspree acts as a processor for delivering the message to us. Their handling of submissions is also governed by Formspree’s own privacy terms.

A hidden “honeypot” field is included to reduce spam; it is not used to identify you.

How we use the information

We use form data to respond to your inquiry, build and review a trial website if you requested one, follow up about the $29.99/mo plan after approval, and keep basic records of the conversation. We do not use this information for unrelated advertising lists.

Retention

We keep inquiry and intake records as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to 24 months after last contact, or for the life of an active hosting plan). You can ask us to delete a submission that is not required for an active site or legal record. Formspree may retain copies according to their retention settings until we delete or expire them.

Sharing

We share personal information only with processors needed to run the site and receive forms (currently Formspree), or if the law requires it. Thinglet Marketing and Thinglet A.I. are part of the same Palm Desert shop; the team that builds your site may see your intake so we can do the work.

Your choices

Email info@thingletai.com to access, correct, or request deletion of information you sent us. Prefer not to use the form? Email that address directly or call (760) 285-3188.

Children

This site is for business and personal website projects by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date above.
